Enterprise AI delivery consulting services & pricing

Clear entry points. Defined outcomes. Honest pricing.

Every engagement is principal-led and scoped against a written delivery and acceptance envelope. Fixed pricing covers the published Workshop assumptions; variable work begins at the stated investment.

Choose the decision risk

Align. Design. Prove. Lead.

Most buyers do not need all four engagements. Start with the decision, delivery risk, or continuity gap you need to remove.

Prices exclude travel, client licenses, cloud and model consumption, taxes, and third-party fees. Material scope changes are agreed in writing before affected work continues.

Commercial boundaryOne bounded project or delivery team with agreed acceptance criteria.
View scope, responsibilities & fit

Intended buyer

Leaders who want the model proven on a bounded, real project before committing broadly.

Engagement shape

Apply the operating model to one bounded project or team — from specifications through implementation, measurement, and a reusable playbook.

Published assumptions

  • One bounded project or delivery team
  • A responsive sponsor and access to required systems
  • More complex projects receive a longer schedule and higher written price before kickoff

Includes

  • Specifications, decisions & acceptance criteria
  • Implementation under governance
  • Independent review, testing & ALM
  • Measurement against agreed metrics
  • Reusable operating-model playbook

Excludes

  • Unbounded scope or open-ended delivery
  • Ongoing operations after handoff (see Fractional)
  • Work without architectural ownership

You provide

  • A real, bounded project with a sponsor
  • Access to systems, data & stakeholders
  • Commitment to adopt the routines

Deliverables

  • Shipped, reviewed increment of the real project
  • Connected specs, decisions, tests & release records
  • Measured results & a reusable playbook

A fit when

  • Inherited, stalled, or failing projects
  • Teams ready to adopt a repeatable model

Not a fit when

  • Proofs-of-concept with no path to production
  • Buyers seeking the lowest hourly rate

  • Three-month initial term, billed monthly in advance
  • Unused capacity does not roll over; no on-call coverage

Includes

  • Principal-level architecture leadership
  • AI-delivery governance & review
  • Decision ownership on agreed scope
  • Team mentoring & capability transfer

Excludes

  • Unbounded on-call or 24/7 coverage

Enterprise questions

The operating boundaries, stated plainly.

Is this AI-coding training?

No. We install a governed delivery operating model and prove it on real work. Teaching your team to run the model is part of the engagement — but the category is governed enterprise delivery transformation, not a coding course.

Which models and tools do you use?

Whichever the architecture and evidence call for, per step — Codex, Claude, and others. We are model-agnostic and stack-agnostic by design; the tool is an implementation detail, not a religion.

Do you only work in Dynamics and Power Platform?

No. Those are difficult environments that make honest proof, and our Dynamics experience runs deep. The operating model applies to enterprise software delivery broadly.

What does an engagement leave behind?

Connected specifications, decisions, review records, tests, and releases — plus a reusable playbook and a team that can run the routines without us. Capability transfer is a deliverable, not a side effect.

How do you price?

The Workshop is $12,500 fixed within its published assumptions. Blueprint and Pilot pricing starts at $40,000 and $75,000 because environment and delivery complexity vary. Fractional leadership starts at $15,000 per month for five reserved principal days. Final scope, schedule, responsibilities, and price are agreed in writing before work begins.

How do you protect confidential information and client data?

Data handling, approved tools, and environment boundaries are agreed before kickoff. We can work inside client-controlled environments, and client data is not submitted to a model or tool without authorization. Confidential material is never used as public proof without separate written approval.

Who owns the work product?

The signed engagement agreement controls. Before kickoff, it distinguishes client-specific work product from No Compromise AI's pre-existing methods, tools, and reusable operating-model materials so ownership and permitted use are explicit.

Can you work with our approved models and tools?

Yes. The delivery system is model-agnostic and can operate within client-approved tools and environments. If a required control changes scope, cost, or schedule, we make that impact explicit before work begins.

How do security review and change control work?

Security requirements, acceptance criteria, and decision rights are written into the delivery envelope. Material changes are assessed for architecture, risk, schedule, and price, then agreed in writing before the affected work continues.

How do handoff and continuity work?

Specifications, decisions, review findings, tests, release records, and operating routines are maintained throughout the engagement. Availability, escalation, and handoff are agreed before kickoff so delivery does not depend on undocumented principal knowledge.

What if we're not a fit?

We'll say so on the fit call and point you somewhere better if we can. Disqualifying poor-fit work early is cheaper for everyone.
