What we collect
When you contact us, we collect the name, work email, company, role, inquiry type, product or engagement interest, message, and optional marketing choice you provide. To protect the form from abuse, our site briefly processes your request IP address and email and stores only salted hashes and counters for up to one hour. If you book a call, Microsoft Bookings collects the contact and scheduling details you choose to provide.
Why we collect it
We use contact-form information to route and respond to your inquiry, record product-status interest, manage qualification, and maintain the customer and consent context needed for that purpose. A service inquiry does not grant marketing permission. We use the optional marketing choice only when you check it.
Who processes it
Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Dataverse store and manage website submissions, customer context, product-status interests, and consent records. Microsoft Azure validates submissions before sending them to Dynamics 365. Microsoft 365 and Azure Communication Services support approved communications. Microsoft Bookings and Outlook process scheduling details. Cloudflare hosts the site and stores only short-lived abuse-control hashes and counters. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not use third-party advertising trackers.
Scheduling a call
Book-a-call links open No Compromise AI's Microsoft Bookings page. A booking creates the calendar appointment and related customer-interaction record needed to schedule, reschedule, or cancel the call. Booking does not grant permission to send general marketing.
Product-status interest
Product-status interest is recorded separately from sales and marketing. It does not create a Lead and does not grant marketing consent. The selected product remains authoritative for its runtime behavior and operational status; Dynamics 365 owns the subscription or withdrawal state.
Your rights
You can withdraw consent or ask us to access, correct, or delete your information by emailing jerold@nocompromise.ai. We will honor any additional privacy rights that apply where you live.
Data retention
We retain inquiry and customer-interaction records as needed to respond, manage the business relationship, honor preferences, and meet legal obligations. Product-status and marketing preferences remain until withdrawn or the applicable program ends. Abuse-control hashes and counters expire automatically within one hour.
